This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer on the 1st and 15th of every English calender month until filing of the final report instead of every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m. made in Crl.O.P.No.45 of 2022 dated 05.04.2022 on the file of this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner was arrested in other case, he was not able to comply with the above condition. Hence, he seeks modification of the above condition. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Senthamangalam every Wednesday at 10.30a.m., for a period of three months.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
