2. In this case, the sole acused died. The de facto complainant present before this Court and submits that she has received the award amount.

3. In view thereof, the case in S.T.C.No.802 of 2021 of Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Villupuram Taluk, Villupuram, is closed as abated. This Suo Motu Transfer Case is disposed of.
