JUDGMENT

Mr.M.K.Kabir, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the plaintiff seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Suit, since the issue is settled out of Court and an endorsement to that effect is made in this Civil Suit.

2. Recording the above submission and the endorsement, the Civil Suit is dismissed as settled out of Court. Registry is directed to refund necessary Court fee to the plaintiff as per Rules. No costs. Consequently, connected applications are closed.
