The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner already vacated the petition premises. As such, the prayer for in this civil revision petition has become infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
