ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.346 of 2019, on the file of the 2nd respondent police within the time as stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 23.07.2019, no final report is filed till date.

4. The learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the 2nd respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of four months.

5. In view of the above, the 2nd respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
