(Order of the Court was made by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH.,J.) On 29.04.2025, the Bench has appointed Hon'ble Mr.Justice V.Bharathidasan as Administrator to identify the beneficiaries of G.O.Ms.No.570 dated 05.09.2006 to ensure that no ineligible third parties obtain assignment of the land.

2. We are given to understand that this exercise is on-going and the Hon'ble Administrator has fixed the first hearing of the matter on 11.08.2025 (a copy of notice dated 25.07.2025 is placed before us).

3. To be noted, that both private parties have not challenged order dated 04.04.2025. However, Mr.P.S.Raman, learned Advocate General and Mr.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General state that the State is exploring the possibility of challenging the said order.

4. Taking note of this position, the Bench has also stated in order dated 29.04.2025 that this exercise shall be subject to any order passed in the Special Leave Petitions, if and when filed by the State.
