ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.29292 of 2022 dated 04.11.2022.

2. When this contempt petition was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that, a part of the order has been complied with and the remaining part of the order is complied with now by issuing G.O.(Ms) No.29, Health and Family Welfare Department dated 25.01.2023. He would further submit that, already G.O.(Ms) No.441 of the same Department dated 30.12.2022 was issued, where, the petitioner was permitted to start D.Pharm course and the B.Pharm course also have been permitted for the petitioner Institution. Therefore, the order of this Court has been fully complied with.

3. The said position was not controverted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. Therefore, recording the said compliance, this contempt petition 2 / 4

is closed.
