This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall stay at Vellore and report before the Inspector of Police, Vellore North Police Station, daily 10.00 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.24321 of 2022, dated 06.10.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
