This Court by order dated 27.04.2023 granted interim anticipatory bail on conditions to the petitioners till 28.06.2023. But, it was not complied with.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that as per the order of this Court dated 27.04.2023, the petitioners deposited a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.27 of 2022. A sum of Rs.2,00,000/- has also been deposited in the said crime number on the file the respondent Police.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition No.5(c) imposed on the petitioners by order dated 27.04.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- in equal installments for twelve months and the balance sum of Rs.2,00,000/- shall be deposited thereafter. i.e, on the 13th month to the credit of Crime No.27 of 2022 on or before 5th of every month.
