O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the first and second respondents to give police protection to the life of the petitioner, her husband and two children, based on the complaint dated 30.07.2019.

2. The petitioner has got married with one Raju and he belongs to different community. Therefore, there are threats from her own family members viz., the respondents 3 to 9 herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Therefore, she lodged a complaint seeking police protection to the petitioner and her family members.

3. Admittedly, she got married to one Raju and gave birth to two children and they are living separately and they belong to different community.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to provide police protection to the petitioner and her husband and two children from respondents 3 to 9 herein.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
