ORDER

The learned Special Government Pleader had forwarded a particular format, in which the petitioner should make an application to the 1st respondent namely, the Regional Joint Director, Department of Employment and Training (DET), Alandur Road, Guindy.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the petitioner had stated that he is the correspondent and chairman of the Valluvaa Industial Training School at Vellore. The institution has been registered by the Director Employment and Training, Chennai Regional Office, Guindy, Chennai, for giving vocational training. He had also paid necessary deposit

amount of Rs.50,000/-. The amount had matured and the maturity amount is Rs.1,00,497/-. The petitioner had also given an undertaking that there is no due to anybody. He had given representation on 05.05.2022 and issued a legal notice on 22.08.2022.

3.However, the petitioner may fill the particular format now given by the learned Special Government Pleader and submit the same to the 1st respondent. The petitioner may submit the application on or before 31.01.2023. If it is so submitted, the 1st respondent may, if required, call the petitioner and give an opportunity of personal hearing and dispose of the said representation and the requirements in the format or or before 28.02.2023.

4.If any of the certificates are not produced by the petitioner as is required by the format, the petitioner may give necessary undertaking that they are not available and also give an explanation as to why he could not produce such documents. The petitioner may comply with all the requirements to the extent possible and also given an explanation for whatever documents he could not produce.

5.With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
