ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.104 of 2019, registered by the first respondent police for the offences under Sections 323, 506(i) of IPC read with Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu prevention of harassment of Women Act, 2002 as against the petitioners.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the investigation, the first respondent police filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.2 of 2012, which is pending on the file of the 16th Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Egmore, Chennai and nothing survives in this petition.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
