2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that investigation in this case is completed and final report is filed for the offence under Sections 294, 323, 324 and 354 I.P.C before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Krishnagiri. The case is yet to take cognizance by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Krishnagiri.
