O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to provide police protection to the petitioner, petitioners family members and the properties of the petitioner namely including ARRS Multiplex Theater, Salem by considering the representation of the petitioner herein dated 19.10.2022.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a widow of deceased husband by name Ramanathan; the fourth respondent, who is the brother of her deceased husband, and his relatives have been harassing the petitioner to execute the sale deed in respect of the share of the family properties of her husband; since the petitioner refused to execute the sale deed, they started to harass her in several ways. Hence, the petitioner had given a complaint on 19.10.2022, but so far no action has been taken.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the current paper enquiry has been initiated in C.No.742/DCP/North/SLMC/2022 2/4
and the enquiry is in progress.
5. Under these circumstances, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to conduct enquiry and do the needful in accordance with law. If the petitioner is aggrieved due to the illegal demand made by her opponents in respect of her properties, she is at liberty to work out the remedy before the appropriate forum.
6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
