This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 5/8/2017 and consequently, direct the first respondent to initiate departmental proceedings against the second Tahsildar Gunaseeli, Needamangalam Taluk, Tiruvarur District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
