This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26670 of 2022 on 01.11.2022 to appear before the respondent / police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
