COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the 1st respondent in its impugned notification made in No.A.12020/1/2023/E1/DHFWS dated 27.09.2023 and quash the same as arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 1st respondent to regularize the services of the petitioners as Nursing Officer (Group 'B' Technical, NonGazetted) with time scale of pay.
