The petitioner has filed the present petition praying to call for the records in Crime No.18 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent-Police and quash the same.
2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in this case is over and the charge-sheet has also been filed on 28.01.2025 in No.LTN2023000282500009, before the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur.
