This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for condoning the delay of 143 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.75,880/- in C.M.A.Sr.No.69269 of 2022 against M.C.O.P.No.294 of 2013 on the file of MACT - Subordinate Judge, Tiruttani.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, delay is condoned and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
