ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The writ of habeas corpus petition has been instituted to direct the respondents to produce the detenu viz., Muthu Sushil Kumar aged about 30 years.
The petitioner is the wife of the detenu. Since the detenu found missing, the petitioner submitted a complaint and no action has been taken by the Police Authorities. Thus, the present habeas corpus petition came to be instituted.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the detenu voluntarily appeared before the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Srirangam, Trichy and given a letter stating that he is not under illegal detention and he is in search of job. The address and telephone numbers are available with the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Srirangam. That being the factum, the petitioner is at liberty to contact the Police Authorities and also at liberty to meet the detenu and resolve the issues if any, exist between the parties.
