ORDER

This petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 26.10.2019.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is one of elder member of the Seventh Day Adventist Tamil Church, 37, Ritherdo Road,Vepery, Chennai - 600 007. He further submitted that one Arul Simon did unlawful activities inside the said Church and hence, the Local Church Pastor namely Jayasundar planned to announce action taken against him before the Church members and the said Arul Simon and accomplice Jones threatened Jayasundar and pushed him. He further submitted that, though complaint was registered against the said persons, they are 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

threatening the said Jayasundar and the other Church members continuously by attending the Church congregation. Hence, the petitioner seeks further action on his complaint by filing this present Criminal Original Petition.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that due to transit issue, the complaint given by the petitioner could not be traced out. Hence there is delay in taking action.

4. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

5. Considering the submissions made, since the complaint given by the petitioner could not be traced out, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint, in person and on receipt of same, the respondents are directed to conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
