ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to to direct the respondents to alter the FIR in Crime No.829 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent by including Section 305 IPC and proceed with the investigation and file a final report.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that his son by name S.S.Sanjeev committed suicide and an FIR came to be registered on 31.07.2019 based on his complaint under Section 174 Cr.P.C, It is his further case that the reason for such suicide is the abetment caused by the school teachers and head mistress of Infant Jesus Matriculation Higher Secondary School at Perumbali, Palladam, in which his son was studying 8th standard. police have not taken any steps this quash petition came to be filed for the aforesaid prayer.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the investigation is on progress and the final report is yet to be filed.

4. Having regard to the nature of complaint and the facts and circumstances of this case, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say that during investigation if any offence attracting Sections 305 or 306 of IPC is made out the second respondent is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.
