This petition has been filed to relax the condition ordered in Crl.O.P.No.19399 of 2024 dated 22.08.2024 in Para No.7(a) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the nature of offence and also the other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternative Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two months.
