This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner Sangam challenging the proceedings of the second respondent dated 14.11.2022 and for a consequential direction to the second respondent to allot shops in the newly constructed commercial complex.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the rent that has been fixed for the new shops is beyond the affordability of the members of the petitioner Sangam and hence, this writ petition is not pressed.
