C.R.P.PD.No.3622 of 2019 C.R.P.PD.No.3622 of 2019 J.NISHA BANU, J., This Court vide order dated 01.11.2021 disposed of the C.R.P.PD.No.3622 of 2019 and directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Arakkonam to dispose of the appeal in A.S.No.31 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Since the said Appeal could not be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court, the Court below, by letter dated 09.06.2022, sought for two months time. Hence, the matter is listed before this Court today.

2. Considering the reasons stated by the learned Judge in his letter dated 09.06.2022, time is extended for a further period of two(2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order of this Court.
