[Made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] Today, when this Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 05.05.2022 passed in W.P.No.11944 of 2022, has been complied with. He also submitted a compliance report dated 06.06.2023 filed by the 3rd respondent to that effect.

2. The said submission has also been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though encroachments have been removed, the debris still remains.

3. In a riposte, the learned Special Government Pleader undertook to clear the same within three weeks.
