ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. However, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit the petitioner's grievance was to enlist his name as a contractor in the office of the second respondent. In this regard, he made a representation dated 29.12.2016 to the second respondent. Subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, the petitioner's representation was considered and his name was enlisted as a contractor. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this present Writ Petition has become infructuous.

2.Though the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 29.12.2016 was considered and his name was enlisted as a contractor, since there is no representation for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
