ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the mother of the detenue, who is 17 years old.

2. Pursuant to the registration of the complaint and directions of this Court dated 30.10.2023, the detenue is produced before this Court today.

3. Though it is stated that the detenue was in the company of another youngster, who is not even 19 years old, this Court is not inclined to make any observation judging the conduct of detenue. Hence, recording the fact that the detenue has now expressed her willingness to go with her mother, the petitioner herein, this Court is inclined to close this petition.

4. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. (S.S.S.R., J.) (S.M., J.)
