A.No.5563 of 2022 in O.P. No.599 of 2022 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J This application is presented by the petitioner seeking to implead the paternal and maternal grandparents of the minor children.

2. The petitioner has filed an affidavit of service enclosing the notices sent to the proposed parties. The said notices contain endorsements by the proposed respondents stating that they have no objection to this impleading petition being allowed.

3. In view of no objection endorsements, this application is allowed by directing that Mrs.Kasthuri and Mrs.R.Sarala Devi be impleaded as respondents in the petition. The petitioner shall carry out the necessary amendments to the petition on or before 14.02.2023. List on 14.02.2023.
