These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 245 days in filing the respective appeals.

Heard Mr.S.Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.N.Rangesh Kanna, learned counsel for the first respondents in the respective appeals. The second respondent is set ex parte.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of theses petitions and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 245 days in filing the respective appeals is condoned. Accordingly, these petitions stand ordered.
