This petition has been filed to amend the satisfaction Court as Judicial Magistrate, Pappireddipatti, Dharmapuri District instead of Judicial Magistrate, Bommidi, Dharampuri District and confinement jail for the first petitioner as District Prison, Dharmapuri instead of Central Prison, Salem in Crl.O.P.No. 25249 of 2024 dated 09.10.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow this petition and accordingly, this Crl.M.P.No.14320 of 2024 is allowed as prayed for.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the order copy and issue a fresh order copy in Crl.O.P.No.25249 of 2024 dated 09.10.2024 to the parties on 17.10.2024.
