This petition has been filed to withdraw the amount deposited by R1 to R4 to a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- before the Magistrate concerned, consequent to an order dated 27.03.2017 in Crl.O.P.No.4407 of 2017.

2.Today, it is represented that after investigation, the respondent police have taken a decision to file a report as 'Mistake of Fact'. Let it be done in manner known to law before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court and who has also issued notice to the defacto complainant in RCS No.121 of 2023. Any petition seeking withdrawal to be made before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, who may pass orders in accordance with law.

3.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
