When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that this Court while dismissing the petition on 16.12.2022, had directed the Inspector of Police, Saidapet, Chennai, to vacate the rowdy elements, who are in the premises and restore the premises to the original state by locking the premises and handover the key to the defacto complainant. Pursuant to the same, the Inspector of Police Saidapet, has vacated the rowdy elements and also locked the premises and the key is with the Inspector of Police and he is also ready to handover the same to the defacto complainant.

2. Today the defacto complainant is present before this Court. Mr.Govindaraj, learned representing counsel for the defacto complainant accepts the key on behalf of the defacto complainant and he would submit that the defacto complainant may be given adequate police protection to take possession of the property. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
