This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent police not to harass.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that on a complaint from the private respondent regarding dispute of money transaction, is under enquiry and if the petitioner participate in the enquiry, they will complete the enquiry and dispose of it in accordance with law.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to participate in the enquiry on receipt of summons. On such appearance, enquiry shall be conducted in accordance with law and proceed.
