This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11628 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9107 of 2023 vide order dated 17.08.2023, to report before the respondent Police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.11628 of in Crl.O.P.No.9107 of 2023 vide order dated 17.08.2023, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Omalur on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
