Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the judgment and decree dated 19.09.2016 made in C.M.A.No.38 of 2016 confirming the fair and decretal order dated 13.04.2016 made in I.A.No.2863 of 2016 in O.S.No.990 of 2016. Pending Civil Revision Petition, the suit in O.S.No.990 of 2016 was dismissed and hence, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 03.08.2021 kj 2/3
