The above miscellaneous petition is filed to substitute the petitioner / proposed parties as legal heirs of deceased writ petitioner G.Velusamy in the above writ petition in W.P.No.16176 of 2011.

2. There is no objection from Mr.P.Anand Kumar, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents to allow this petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit and having been satisfied with the records, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
