The petitioner/A4 who was arrested and remanded to custody on PT warrant on 11.07.2023 for the offences registered under Sections 294(b), 324, 307 r/w 34 of IPC, in Crime No.452 of 2014, seeks bail. 2.After investigation, the final report had been filed and the matter is now pending in P.R.C.No.16 of 2016 before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvarur.

3.A2 died and Non Bailable Warrant is still pending against A3. 4.In view of that facts the Magistrate concerned can never commit the case to the Court of Sessions.
