This petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.82 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhachalam, Cuddalore District against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 470 and 472 of I.P.C. r/w Sections 50 & 51 of the Central Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner also sought indulgence of the Court, to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and also the endorsement made, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The personal appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with except for receiving copies, for answering the charges, for questioning under section 313 of Cr.P.C. and any other dates fixed by the Trial Court.
