This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once, on any working day at 10.30 a.m., till the filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the jurisdiction Court.
