Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The petitioner herein, who had suppressed the pendency of the suit pending from the year 2013 and the Interlocutory Application filed by the rival claimant in the year 2017 not to provide service connection to her, has filed this Writ Petition.

3.The learned Standing Counsel for TANGEDCO (TNEB) has produced the plaint copy and the written statement and also the petition filed in support of the Interlocutory Application seeking injunction restraining the TANGEDCO (TNEB) to provide service connection to the petitioner herein.
In the light of the above fact, this writ petition is dismissed for suppressing the pendency of the Civil Suit with intention to get service connection by misleading this Court. No costs.
