This petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.804 of 2017 on the file of first respondent.
2.Pending Criminal Original Petition, the defacto complainant and the petitioners have amicably resolved the dispute among themselves and accordingly, they have entered into a compromise and filed a joint compromise affidavit, dated 21.12.2017 before this Court.

3. Today, the defacto complainant and the petitioners are personally present before this Court and they have been identified by their counsel on record. The counsel for the parties have submitted the photo copies of the parties in respect of Aadhar Cards and voter ID viz., Ponnedran - Aadhar No.3455 5120 6415, Ponnarasan -Aadhar No .2060 3332 8388, M.Vinesh Krishnan - Aadhar No. 9312 4678 7542, Kuppammal.P - Aadhar No.6125 8422 6501, G.Irfan - Voter ID No.YDW0438598 (name has been changed vide Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 10.07.2013, page no.1829) and after verification of the original cards, the same were also recorded.
4. A Joint compromise affidavit, dated 21.12.2017 has been filed by both the defacto complainant as well as petitioners to the effect that the defacto complainant has no objection, if the present Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
5. In view of the above submissions made on either side and taking into account, the compromise entered into between the parties, the proceedings in Cr.No.804 of 2017 on the file of first respondent is hereby quashed.
6. The Joint compromise affidavit, dated 21.12.2017 filed by the defacto complainant/ G.Irfan, is hereby recorded. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
