This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph No.3 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English Calendar month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.12220 of 2023 dated 11.08.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) stated that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in two months till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter as directed by the Trial Court.
