When it was pointed out by the Learned Additional Government Pleader (Co-operatives) appearing on behalf of the First to Third Respondents that the Petitioner has an effective remedy before the Arbitrator under Section 90 of the Tamil Nadu Co1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

operative Societies Act, 1983 for seeking the relief claimed, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to resort to the same and has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
