2. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it had been stated that the Second Appeal papers were returned on 10.06.2022. It involved payment of deficit Court fees of Rs.7,000/- and verifying certain records which were not available. In compliance with returns, there has been a delay.
3. In view of the reasons stated, the delay in representation is condoned.
4. The Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
