2. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it had been stated that the records had not been produced and there has been a delay in paying the deficit Court fees.

3. In view of the reasons stated, the delay is condoned.

4. The Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.

5. The Registry to accept the deficit Court fees and proceed with numbering the Second Appeal in S.A.(SR).No.56184 of 2022, if it is otherwise in order.
