This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 08.09.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20472 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are totally relaxed.

However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
