This Revision Petition has been filed against the judgment dated 24.09.2019 made in C.A.No.262 of 2017 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Erode confirming the conviction imposed in the judgment dated 11.09.2017 made in S.T.C.No.140 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court No.I of Erode 2.Learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the Respondent are present. The learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and entire amount has been paid by the Petitioner to the Respondent. With regard to the same, they have produced a settlement receipt dated 02.06.2023, the same is recorded. 2/4
