Prayer : Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the 1st respondent to produce the petitioner husband R.Mahendran, 63 years,

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) Though the petitioner herein has sought for issuance of a direction to the 1st respondent for production of her husband viz., R.Mahendran, S/o.Rajavel, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is not pressing for the prayer sought for and that he would be satisfied if the respondents are directed either to secure the petitioner's husband or issue a report to the effect that he is undetectable.

2. In consideration of such submission made, the petitioner is granted liberty to make a representation to the 2nd respondent herein ventilating her grievances and on consideration of such grievance, the 2nd respondent shall

pass appropriate orders on merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation from the petitioner.

3. With the above direction, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed of.
