Court in W.P. No. 11016 of 2023 and punish them for their failure to adhere to the directions issued by this Court.

O R D E R

Heard Mr. M.Elumalai, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mrs. Yamunadevi, Learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

This Contempt Petition is prosecuted for failure of the Respondents to comply with the order dated 11.04.2023 in W.P. No. 11016 of 2023 passed by the Court.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents has produced the copy of G.O.(2D) No. 351, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Service Wing, Ser.2(2) Section dated 03.11.2023 issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu showing that the order dated 11.04.2023 in W.P. No. 11016 of 2023 passed by the Court has been complied and its copy is 2/4

placed on record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Contempt Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. In fine, the Contempt Petition is closed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
